Every time I passed a park alley at Wuhlheide,
Karlshorst, Berlin, Germany
on my bicycle
I shot a 1 minute video sequence.

As times went by
I watched the changing of the colours
and I was impressed how much the
appearence of the alley did change.

To realize this project I worked from
spring 2009 to winter 2010/2011
when I took more than 50 clips of
"FEZALLEE"
- that's how I did call it
as a working title

During this project work
I imagined having
a huge

BRUSH

swinging over the alley
turning it into
GREEN
YELLOW
RED
BROWN
GRAY
and
WHITE


I wondered how it would look like
when I edit the video clips
into
FOUR SCREENS
